The Receptionist position is on a full time basis with your work week split between administration duties and assisting our team with immigration files.

POTENTIAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: – Must have at least 3 years of work experience as a receptionist or office assistant; – Must be able to type 50 wpm with a 100% accuracy; – Must have High School Diploma; – Must be Reliable, – Must be able to take initiative; – Must be able to pay close attention to detail; – Must Have knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook); – Must be able to work very well under pressure; – Must be able to work in fast paced environments; – Experience in Immigration is an asset but not required; – Must be familiar with PC LAW – Must be a team player

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: – Answering incoming calls; – Opening and closing client files; – Scheduling appointments; – Follow up calls; – Filing, photocopying and faxing; – Organizing filing cabinets; – Communicating with clients; – Taking payments from clients and receipting (cash, debit, credit) – Delivering and pick up of mail and courier; – Maintenance Calls; – Keeping scans folder cleared at all times; – Ordering office supplies; – Assist team members when needed, etc.

Hours of work are from: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

**Semi-Professional Attire Required** Benefits are available after 3 months, and salary is based on experience.
