Randstad Staffing is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant role with an industrial company in north-west in Winnipeg!
Responsibilities and duties include:
– Answering the phones and providing exceptional customer service
– Greeting clients/customers/staff who come through the front doors
– Enhancing the client experience with daily administration tasks and internal follow-ups
– Administrative support such as printing and scanning
– Permanent position with a great company
– $13-$15/hr (based on experience and skill set)
– Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
– Company paid benefits plan including: medical, dental, LTD, STD, optical etc.

– Have a very positive and professional manner and ability to provide great customer service
– Have general knowledge of basic office equipment
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
– Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
– Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Not get flustered under tight deadlines
