DESCRIPTION Administrative Assistant to CEO of Ultimate Music Theory publishing company. This position will require you to work closely with the CEO and the UMT Team in a fast-paced environment to maximize the business growth of the company and expand your professional development and learning experience.
Focusing on utilizing your current strengths and providing interactive learning opportunities to increase skill development regarding sales, marketing, promotion techniques, quality control of products and services in addition to all aspects of company management.
General office duties. Replying to emails, Customer Service and phone support, Researching and compiling information for reports. Maintaining inventory of all merchandise, supplies, and products. Help plan and organize company events (live workshops and webinars). Represent the company in a professional and businesslike manner. Willing to learn or have a basic knowledge of WordPress, Kajabi, Ultracart, Infusionsoft, Webinarjam & Social Media Platforms.
