We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for our Paterson Grain terminal located in Killarney, MB. The Assistant Manager will actively participate in the day-to-day operations of grain procurement, inventory maintenance management, grain shipments, grain grading/blending, grain sales and related documentation. This individual will create and maintain customer loyalty by demonstrating integrity, service, market knowledge and professionalism in all dealings with farmers. Strong communication skills are a must as this individual will train staff on policies and procedures ensuring proper grain handling in a profitable and efficient manner
What youll need:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years related experience
- A background in agriculture or farming is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook
- Valid class 5 drivers license
