ZMC US & International Customer services Rep


Description ZMC is looking for a US & International customer service representative, 1 year contract (maternity leave) Duties include: • Enter / track customer purchase orders into the system • Responding to incoming emails, calls and customer inquiries • Provide shipping updates and availability to clients will be required • Prepare customs documents and arrange transport to ship orders • Work cross functionally with other departments in order to ensure a smooth experience for customers • Invoicing process Candidates must have the following characteristics: • Experience using SAGE would be an asset • A high attention to detail is required in this role • Excellent Interpersonal Skills • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and Spanish would be an asset • Outstanding Work Ethic • Must be hard working and focused • Character, Integrity, and Professionalism • Team Player Advantages • Competitive entry salary • Comprehensive training program • Supportive management and team environment • Monday-Friday day time hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
