Primary Duties – Follow instructions of Chef on preparing standardized recipes for service – Maintain a clean work station and finishing all required cleaning duties – Organizing station and keeping inventory control – Proper storage of ingredients and using first in first out product – Standing 100% of the time – Prepare dishes as needed for service in a timely manner – Other tasks as designated by Chef

Minimum Requirements – Experience working in fast paced restaurant for 1-2 years – Culinary diploma an asset – Food Handler’s – Basic knife, butchery and cooking skills – Able to work under pressure Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
