Full-Time Office Administrator/Reception

Property Management firm located in Concord looking for an Office Administrator/Reception to join their growing team.

Duties:
• Ability to multi-task
• Answering the phone in a polite professional manner
• Filing & Organizing
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
• Process A/P & A/R
• Follow up on delinquent payments
• Prepare daily bank deposit
• Process and manage incoming invoices for payment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of English oral as well as written

$16 – $18/hr (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)
