As a Detailing Technician, your primary responsibilities include providing complete detailing services in shop and mobile location at both private residences and at B2B partner’s location. You will ensure the success and profitability of the Company by promoting high customer service satisfaction and an overall experience that exceeds client’s expectations. You will report directly to the Mobile Detailing Manager.
Provide washing and vacuuming services; Waxing and ceramic coating application; Accountable to business service standards and guidelines; Maintaining the highest customer service standards rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and according to Company policy; Communicating with clients upon arrival, including service updates and upon completion; Continuously work at monitoring and reducing cost inefficiencies; Quality control of work in accordance with service guidelines; Provide weekly updates or as otherwise discussed to the Mobile Detailing Manager; Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements:
Currently enrolled or graduated from a post-secondary institution (College or University); Minimum of 2 years of manual labour service role experience required; Ceramic Pro Certified and 3M Certified preferred; Combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered; Effective time management skills; Organized with attention to detail; Communicates effectively and works well with others; Ability to adapt to everchanging locations demands; Good conflict-resolution skills and problem-solving skills; and Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
