Job Description:People Store Staffing Solutions is currently looking to hire an Operations Supervisor for a logistics facility located here in London, Ontario! This is a direct hire, salaried position with an expanding company. Job Duties Include:Follow all company Policies, Rules and Communication NoticesFollow the directions provided in the work instructions and on process mapsProvide leadership and guidance while promoting a positive work environmentCoordinate, assign and review the work of all Warehouse Associates/Material HandlersMaintain care and control of labour forceReinforce our culture and vision during every interaction with team membersMentor, coach and train staff in their job duties and responsibilitiesWork in a collaborative manner with all levels of managementAnalyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costsAnalyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure corrective steps are takenEnsure productivity/ quality performance metrics are reached in an effective, efficient and safe mannerCommunicate with the customer providing exceptional customer serviceEnsure daily reporting of operational, attendance and quality requirements are completed Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of relevant experiencePost secondary degree or diploma is idealAbility to obtain Controlled Goods security clearanceComfortable working a permanent night shift –10pm to 6am (with training on the day shift to start)Must be hard working and reliableHave a cheerful and professional manner in all correspondence and communications If you have the experience and skills required for this position, please click APPLY now and send your resume to us as interviews are happening now!Company Description:People Store Staffing Solutions is yet another enterprise established by John Nalli.
