Job Description:Our client is one of most well renowned compressor businesses in the North Eastern construction & industrial sector, serving Eastern Canada and North Eastern USA. They service industrial facilities, construction and manufacturing in the region with their product lines. Their products are known for their dependability, performance and safety. Their service is also top notch. They are looking for a London Territory Manager to sell their new, used and rental equipment solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES/SERVICESCold calling to generate new leads and client accounts with their target market in a 60% hunting role.Maintaining relationships with existing clients and soliciting purchase/rental orders in the assigned territory – 40% farming. Networking at tradeshows, events and corporate functions.Command control over proposals and presentations to senior level decision makers.Responding to tenders in an appropriate fashion.Adhere to sales goals and targets directed by management.Daily travel within London, and occasional travel to Windsor as this falls within the territory.EXPERIENCE/SKILLS1-4 years experience in compressor sales is highly valued but not essential. 1-4 years Experience in capital equipment or technical industrial sales is a must have for the role.Hunter mentality – the ability to develop new relationships from a cold call is mandatory for the position.Demonstrated ability to grow a territory and hit sales targets is a must have.THE DOLLARSStrong base of $50-60K DOE, plus $14K commission guarantee for year 1, plus uncapped commissions. $100K OTE.
