Our client in the London area has partnered with Randstad Engineering in the search for a Service Manager to join their growing team! Do you have previous experience installing HVAC Systems? Do you enjoy managing a team of installers? This role may be for you! We are looking for a driven Service Manager to provide excellence in customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
– Partner with local Managers to plan, budget and deliver on P & L targets
– Maximize customer service and meet service commitments
– Lead and support the development of a Growth through Install mentality that drives customer satisfaction and future business growth
– Manage and coach a team of Technical professionals to maximize their performance, engagement and achievement of goals
– Build and establish relationships with Independent HVAC Installation Contractors
– Deliver prompt and efficient resolution to customer inquiries/complaints
– Ensure exceeding install gross margin

Qualifications
– 5 years HVAC experience
– 3-5 years management experience
– 3-5 years installation experience
– Sales experience and a demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas
– Demonstrated results in driving process control, productivity/quality improvement
– Experience in a management role within a unionized environment is an asset
