Key Responsibilities:Help to frame research objectivesCreate research instruments (surveys, discussion guides, consultation questions)Conduct primary and secondary research (e.g., surveys, interviews, environmental scans)Analyze results and create final client deliverables, translating complex data into easy to understand, actionable insightsWork closely with Research Manager(s) to ensure research accuracy and keep projects on scheduleAdvise on research methods and interpretation of findings Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years’ experience working in a research roleExperience conducting quantitative research, including survey design, programming, administration, and analysisPractical statistical analysis experience using statistical packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Excel), and the ability to learn new analysis softwareExperience conducting qualitative research, including in-depth interviews and/or focus groups, and analyzing qualitative dataSkilled in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Excellent writing skillsSuperior attention to detailAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively on a team Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Market research experienceAdvanced statistical analysis skillsConfident, effective presenterKnowledge of the postsecondary education sector Salary & Benefits As a team member at Academica, you’ll enjoy:A permanent full-time position with flexible start dateCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and educationComprehensive benefits packageAbility to work fully remote, hybrid, or fully on-site in London, OntarioWorking for a company that prioritizes health and well-beingOpportunities to grow and develop in your career About Academica Group Academica Group is the Canadian leader in higher education market research and institutional consulting.
