Looking for a FEMALE PSW/DSW/RESPITE WORKER (preferably international educated nurses) to provide daily living support to our 10 year old daughter with special needs. Our little one has severe intellectual disability, Autism and is non-verbal. She is a busy bee, loves to go outside for walks, to the park and the swing, loves swimming, and bath time. She is gentle and happy. Needs constant attention and stimulation.

Shift hours needed are weekday evenings from 5:30-8:30pm and weekends (all Saturdays and Sundays) from 12:30-8;30pm. Care includes: taking for walks, dressing, diapering, feeding, bathing, medications, meal prep, light housework (sanitizing tub, clean dishes used etc). Looking to hire more than one support worker to aid in filling these hours. Must be experienced, have own transportation, double vaccinated, comfortable with pets, non smoking and criminal background check.

We are not looking for a short term helper! As it takes time to get to know her and her communication/needs, we prefer to have a long-term helper in our home that will stay with us for as long as possible. We take great care of our workers!! Our current respite worker has been with us for 3 years but is now off to follow a new career path.
Please get in touch if you think we would be a good match.
