Office Manager Job Responsibilities:Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising Administrative staff.Organising meetings, managing multiple calendars.Support the company’s HR function by keeping personal records, arranging interviews and staff disciplinary meetings.Maintains office services by: organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, Handles correspondence from clients & staff, reviewing and approving office supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.Keeps management informed as to the daily running of the company.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Assist with sustaining staff by coaching, counselling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Maintain accounting reports and collecting outstanding A/R balances using Quick Books on-linebeing efficient with Microsoft excel, wordArrange company events.Ensuring all company policies are up to date, including Health & Safety polices.Company Description:Millennium Construction & Design Inc. is a high end residential renovation company which offers services for: renovations, additions, design, kitchen /bath renovations, in house cabinetry and custom homes.
