We are currently recruiting Junior Technical Support Representatives for a 1 year contract with a top 5 bank in London.
Pay rate: $17.50
Hours: Department is open 24/7/365, must be open to working 3:00 pm – 12:00 am shifts and 12:00 am – 8:00 am
Training: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm for 6 weeks
As a Junior Technical Support Representative, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
– Helping new hires with technical equipment
– Sending access codes
– Answering questions
– Providing professional customer service
– Work of a leading bank in Canada
– Foot in the door opportunity to gain banking experience/ tech experience
– Long term contract
– Receive in depth training
– Customer service experience
– 5/5 communication skills
– Willingness to work all shifts
