Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly remittances to benefit providers ensuring accurate reconciliation and account coding
• Prepare cheque requisitions for invoice payment
• Prepare weekly reports on leaves of absence for both hourly and salaried employees and update systems records as required
• Support Global Mobility team with preparation of immigration documents, coordinate administrative activities associated with issuance of company credit cards
• Maintain and update employee files and HR records
• May provide support in areas of compensation, talent acquisition, talent development or environmental health & safety
• Support ad hoc projects as required

Responsibilities
• Track leaves of absence for both hourly and salaried employees
• Create and update reports for Total Rewards, Global Mobility and other teams as required
• Assist with company credit card program including issuing new cards to travelers, resolving delinquent accounts and closing out balances
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
• Support other HR teams as required

Qualifications

Position Requirements
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Proficiency with Excel (v lookups, formulas and pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently
