General Labourer / Assembler

Be part of this excellent door manufacturing company in London, Ontario! We are looking for a candidate with experience in assembly and a background in either construction or carpentry. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the assembly and finishing touches to the door.

Pay: 20.50/hr
Day shift
Mon -Thurs 6am-330pm & Fri 6am-230pm

Responsibilities
Build all types of doors with the correct specifications to the customer’s request.
Read and Interpret blueprints and production paper-work;
Measure, cut and assemble;
Ensure jambs are correct to unit size.
Safely assemble door frames using pneumatic and manual tools while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring correct components are used.
As time allows, light clean up in the work area.

Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent)
At least a year of assembly experience
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to read blueprints
Carpentry or construction experience an asset
