Call Center Representative/Scheduler


Busy Concrete Company looking for a customer service oriented person, who is able to take care of our customers through scheduling their appointments for quotes, their jobs for our crews while working in a team environment.

Duties Include: Answering & Making Calls to Our Customers Sending and Replying to Email Requests Collecting and Inputting Customer Information Scheduling appointments for our Sales Representatives Scheduling our crews for work Collecting Deposits & Posting to the Accounts Posting to Social Media of Work Completed Assisting with Marketing Monthly Reports Other Work As Assigned

The right candidate will have the following attributes: Experience in the customer service field Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills Proficiency in computer programs and apps Ability to work independently in a team environment Ability to Problem Solve
