THE DELMAR RESTAURANT requires an energetic, motivated Breakfast Cook/Chef.

You must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work as a team member in a family-run workplace. Working weekends is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Opening duties Daily preparation and management of fresh made recipes Maintain quality and speed of production Innovation to add new dishes to existing menu

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Previous cooking or prep experience in a full-service restaurant is a must (2 years experience minimum) Attention to detail Ability to work independently Organizational Skills Basic food handling and preparation knowledge
