Bookkeeping/Office Coordinator

On behalf of our busy essential business client, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the Office Coordinator position. They are looking for someone with bookkeeping experience including quickbooks, but due to being such a busy office your position will include other admin responsibilites.

Responsibilities (not limited to):
– answering phones
– getting the door (facility is locked and by appointment only)
– uniform inventory
– bank deposits
– receivables
– payables
– invoicing
– training set up for employees working off site
– open/close office
– running advertising
– collections calls etc.

Not all duties will be assigned at the beginning, but this is what the position would grow to include. The ideal candidate should be pleasant, have good customer service skills, sense of humour, be a multi tasker, self motivator, take initiative, be willing to work in person for an essential business, proficient in English, reading, writing and speaking.

Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: (M-T) 8:30am – 4:30pm // (F) 8:00am – 4:00pm Compensation: $18 – $20 (based on experience)
