Reception/Front Office Clerk


Reception/Front Office Clerk Lethbridge Housing Authority Application deadline: January 16, 2019 Lethbridge Housing Authority requires an experienced Reception/Front Office Clerk for a permanent position. The Reception/Front Office Clerk assists in providing clerical, customer service, and office support. This may include, but is not limited to, performing assigned duties that ensure the effective, efficient and accurate operations of Lethbridge Housing Authority. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clerical and Office duties including booking appointments, data entry, filing, typing, and record keeping

Answering incoming calls, assist tenants with inquiries and transferring calls to appropriate department

Calculating and receiving rental payments and balancing transactions each closing day

Reconcile monthly utility accounts and assist accounting department as required

Dispatch work orders and other inspections to Maintenance staff

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma 1-3 years related experience and/or training in an office environment Computer experience in Microsoft Office
