The Davis Automotive Group is looking for a customer focused individual to join their team as a full time Customer Care Consultant! The successful candidate will work rotational weekly shifts, including evenings and Saturday rotations, with a wage of $15.00/hour and full company benefits.

Desired skills and experience:

– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written – Superior customer service and organizational skills – Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment – Strong computer skills and typing abilities – Team player with the ability to work independently – Previous call center, customer service or sales experience

Duties and responsibilities:

– Handle inbound and outbound phone calls – Follow up with customers after sales and service visits and to secure appointments – Answer online chats, website and email inquiries – Enter, confirm and track customer information – Meet department quotas – Various administrative duties as required
