LOCATION Our Coaldale, AB plant is located just off of highway 3 and is an easy commute from Lethbridge or Taber. We currently have 102 employees and are continuing to expand.
JOB SUMMARY The Fabricators are an integral part of the customization process of an ITB unit. Fabricators build interior and exterior components to customer specifications out of aluminum or steel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Beginner: • Fabricate interior and exterior components as required out of aluminum, steel or other material by cutting, bending and welding • Build laminate countertops • Accurately follow drawings
Intermediate: • Fabrication of belly boxes, drawers, cabinets, decks, etc • Installation of hydraulics, PTO’s and other mechanical components • Rough-In of Plumbing and Heating lines and components
Advanced: • Fabrication of Steps • TIG Welding • Slide out Installation • Building Service Bodies
General • Know and apply company safety rules, policies, and relevant occupational health and safety legislation • Provide support for other departments as necessary • Work in a professional and ethical manner • Use of hand, power and pneumatic tools as required • Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS Experience • Minimum 1-2 years experience welding or fabricating with any type of material
Education • Registered Welding or Wire Process Operator Apprentice • WHMIS 2015 training
WORKING HOURS AND CONDITIONS • Permanent full-time; • Core hours are from 8 AM to 4:30PM 40 hours per week;
