Full Time Client Account Manager



Job Description:We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Professional to join our Client Management team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue and aid us in providing excellent service to our clients by assisting them with their benefits and financial service needs. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and answering any and all questions. Responsibilities:Handle new customer inquiries and meet with members of our market who request the knowledge and expertise of one of our qualified consultants and provide information about the products and servicesOversee the daily sales operations and design a program to secure the livelihoods of our members based on information gleaned from each meeting.Learn all procedural and methodological ins and outs of our business. We’ve established the model that has been instituted globally, and we’ll make sure you know it as well as we do.Establish sales goals and metrics and track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skills
