Responsibilities: Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes, system design and architectures. Diagnose, trouble-shooting and analyze root causes of failures. Implement effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and objectives. Identify issues or obstacles and work on their resolution. Support end-to-end system integration, testing validation, debugging production issues and following through with a proper resolution. Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage work to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Day to day: – Analyzing requirements/documents – Based on the requirements, will be looking at existing implementation, confirming that the existing implementation meets these requirements, – Help to educate other teams as to the options we have available, and the elegance of our solution. – Providing suggestions and identifying holes in our architecture, escalating holes when needed. – Assisting the team in general in code reviews, providing comments or insights for any new code, ensuring it doesn’t invalidate any security requirements. Embedded system security features, e.g., Secure boot, Secure key-store, Authenticated diagnostics, firewall, OTA Expertise in supporting Public Key Infrastructure and certificate management Experience with Hardware Security Module (HSM) / Secure Hardware Extension (SHE) firmware development and integration Working with basic software development based on AUTOSAR architecture. Experience with software and hardware tools, including, GHS MULTI, DaVinci Configurator, CANoe, etc. Experience in low-level drivers – Ethernet, CAN, flash drivers Demonstrated experience in software development, testing, hardware integration, and release processes.
