Job Description:Ambient Mechanical is committed to being the leading service and maintenance supplier for HVAC/R services in the ICI and multi-unit environments in the GTA by providing HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Automation, Construction Retrofit along with Design and Engineering Services. Communication is through various channels to multiple stakeholders and is relevant and prompt An integral part of our ongoing success is the role of the HVAC Journeyperson. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain and various HVAC/R systems and components • Respond to emergency service calls within our client base • Identify deficiencies and make recommendations to clients • Complete work orders, deficiency reports, field quotations, estimates and daily time summaries in a timely fashion • Perform scheduled maintenance as assigned • Maintain a professional demeanor • Provide exceptional customer service skills • Continuing ongoing industry education and training • Participate in peer to peer Apprentice training Skills and Experience: • 313A Certification • Valid G1 gas license • ODP and TSSA Brazing Certified • Valid ‘G’ Driver’s License with clean driver abstract • Five years of experience as an HVAC Journeyperson performing service, maintenance, upgrades for ICI and multi-unit sites Remuneration and benefits are as per the Local 787 Collective Agreement.
