Handyperson wanted – Today or tomorrow.

  Hamilton

Looking for a handyperson with at least some experience installing exterior doors or similar work.

We’re in a hurry because the work is for our basement apartment and we have tenants moving in Tues or Weds this week.

Tools not needed. Own transportation an asset but may not necessary. We prefer someone local – Burlington, Hamilton or Oakville area. We live in Burlington very close to Costco – Brant St. & QEW.

Might be half-days or full day. Bring your own lunch or there are restaurants within walking distance. We pay for lunch breaks, for periodic breaks and idle time not under your control.

Looking for help with reinstalling an exterior door and a storm door in a new location. Also, with the finishing touches on another exterior door that is almost complete.

COVID social distancing and mask required by you and by us at yours or our discretion at any time as conditions may change. No smoking anywhere on the property, but fine as long as you pick up your butts on the street.

Safety First at all times, please.

When responding, please briefly as possible provide:
o Full name.
o Mobile phone number.
o City or where you live.
o If you have transportation or not, and if you don’t the nearest major intersection.
o Your background and experience relevant to work.
o Your hourly rate.
o Some idea of your availability.

Also, some transparency is appreciated (but not necessarily required) if you are a daily drug user of any kind, have any mental health issues or have any physical disabilities. We may be able to accommodate your limitations better if we know about them and how they can be managed best. We have done this in the past and it has worked out for all parties.

We will pay cash at the end of the day.
