We are looking to fill retail supervisor in Edmonton (st albert and north side). We are looking for 2 exceptional store supervisor who have exceptional customer service and leadership skills . -Hourly wage of $19.50
-Permanent role

-Flexible schedule

-Complies with all Health and Safety requirements: supervises employees to ensure correct work procedures are followed, communicates hazard information and control procedures, consults employees and provides feedback to management, cooperates with Health and Safety committee or representative, holds accountable any employees reporting to them.
-Assist store manager with scheduling/Coaching and training
-Assist customers with questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
-Ensuring store looks per visual standards and assist with merchandising
-Effectively communicate with store management and other supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the store
-Runs the end of day for the POS system
-Prepare bank deposits and reconcile daily sales reports
-Effectively communicate with store management and other supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the store
-Responsible for opening and closing the store as per key holder duties

-A high school diploma or equivalent.
-Available to work Weekdays, Weekends and Evenings
-Previous experience as supervisor/keyholder in retail environment
-Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
-Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of basic accounting procedure, Microsoft office
-Ability to work flexible hours for business operations
