Job Summary Our Fort McMurray team is looking to add a Service Coordinator for Deficiencies to provides high-quality, innovative, technical support to our internal and external customers. You must have experience with quoting deficiencies as a result of inspections for customers via deficiency summaries and reporting. This includes but is not limited to contacting customers, vendors, scheduling fire equipment service/repairs with customers (through Service Coordinators), email as well as coordinating and troubleshooting with technicians within the fire alarm and sprinkler division. Main ResponsibilitiesComplete deficiency quotes by reading reports, deciphering data and sourcing informationCoordination of awarded scopes by creating purchase orders, warehouse transfers and collaborating with multiple departments and divisionsWorking with the Service Coordinator ensuring that jobs are scheduled in an efficient mannerBilling and Invoicing proceeding job completionAnswering all customer queries and concerns via phone and/or emailOther special projects and administrative duties as assigned by the Manager QualificationsPrevious quoting experience, a must.Organised, analytical, and great time management skills.Excellent customer service and support with all internal and external customers.
