Serve food and beverage as per venue & guest membership guidelines

Maintain clean and well-stocked workstation

Handle cash and credit card transactions

Answer customer queries about product knowledge of food and beverage

Requirements

Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive personality
Proactive, problem-solving and attention to detail skills highly regarded
A welcoming personality is a must!
Proven customer service experience within a fast paced and busy working environment
knowledge of food and beverage, wine as well
High level of emotional intelligence to take care of a diverse range of guests
Comfortable using touch bistro tablet ordering system
Food & Beverage Server are required to be available Friday to Sunday on a 24 / 7 rotating roster (including overnight).
