Job Description:We are seeking a Junior Sales Associate for our TELUS campaign, we will offer the support and training required to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products and services for our partner in a face to face setting in order to drive company revenue. Objective Responsible for generating sales with prospective customers and existing customers and grasping upgrade opportunities with existing clients within Western Canada. Responsibilities:Greet and identify customer needsExplain products and services to customersStay up to date with current offers and promotionsEnter and process customer ordersInvestigate and resolve customer complaintsComplete sales training modules and product knowledge trainingReach agreed upon sales targets by the deadlineSet follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build rapport with customersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsFamiliarity with CRM platforms Experience Telecommunications experience an asset, but not requiredPrior sales experience an asset, but not required Compensation CommissionBonuses – 1KTravel IncentivesPotential Earnings: $50, 000+ / Year How will you be compensated?
