Reman Customer Property Coordinator (Administrative Coordinator)

Reporting to the Reman Customer Property (CP) Manager, the CP Coordinator will handle and control daily reman/customer property repairs work order instructions with Bill of Materials, customer inventory control and billing.

Key position functions include:

  • Complete data entry of incoming customer property, generate and issue of equipment ID tags
  • Manage incoming customer orders and inquiries as required with Production Coordinators
  • Handle requests with Branches for coordinating the repair of customer property
  • Originate the order process and verify at completion from work order
  • Communicate with Gate Valve and Wellhead Repair Lead Hands for estimating and pricing repairs in comparison to replacement costs of new
  • Review and update as needed customer accounts and information regarding handling procedures and billing information
  • Complete customer property transfers between branches
  • Work with Inside Sales to notify on outstanding repairs to be billed out on sales orders
  • Handle all customer property/reman part number, serial number or adjustments
  • Assist with coordinating customer representative site visits, inventories and disposals
  • Maintain accurate and up to date filing and scanning for all customer property
  • Work closely with all Branch Coordinators and Supervisors regarding equipment orders
  • Comply with Stream-Flo Industries health and safety program
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

  • High School diploma supplemented with 1 3 years of related administrative experience
  • Computer proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of SAP an asset
  • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work under time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Must be accurate with high level of detail
