Receptionist/Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a well-rounded individual to join our busy accounting firm in St. Albert. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality along with excellent organization and communication skills, have attention to detail, a professional attitude, and be able to meet deadlines.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and dealing with clients at reception, direct calls to accounting staff, take detailed phone messages, assemble Corporate and Personal Income Tax files, receive client payments, and filing. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is an asset.
Hours of work are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
