RE/MAX Realtor Assistant/Office Manager


Join a busy, dynamic, top producing real estate team in the Edmonton area. F/T hours. Must speak fluent English, excellent phone skills, deal effectively with clients & staff, excellent computer skills, organized, detail oriented, valid drivers license and vehicle, and professional appearance.

Looking for a self-starter that can work independently and takes pride in how they perform their job.

Real estate license/experience an asset but not needed.

Office located in North Edmonton.

Must Have:
Your own vehicle. Will need to take photos, meet clients, put up directional signs, pickup and drop off items. Will be compensated for kilometers

A cell phone will be needed thorough out the day. You will be compensated for cell phone use.

Work will be a combination of in-office time and out-of-office time completing tasks. You will also need to be available to take calls and texts to setup showings for our property listings evenings and weekends. Will be compensated for your time.

Duties include:
Scheduling appointments for showings,
acting as a liaison with clients,
taking photos of listings as required or booking photographers
installing and removing lockboxes
getting listing paper work ready for new listings
completing all necessary real estate paperwork,
manage and update websites,
upload property listings,
manage client database,
any miscellaneous task as may be required
