With your previous understanding of water, drainage and venting systems, fixture repair and replacement and your tuned- in troubleshooting abilities you will be joining a team that finds pride in their work day to day. As a top tier professional service company we are looking for highly independent and organized technicians to provide exceptional customer service that complements their top- notch trades abilities. Key Responsibilities Works independently in conjunction with dispatch and service managers to perform daily tasks such as travelling to destinations, completing work orders and time management. Performs duties with tact and professionalism while entering the homes of our clients. Identifies and diagnoses issues regarding mechanical systems effectively. Communicates professionally and empathetically with clients regarding their mechanical systems and their options. Performs trades work in a timely manner with knowledgeable skills and cleanliness. Proactively communicates frequently and openly with service managers day to day. Ensures adherence to company’s policies and procedures regarding performance, safety and duty requirements. Ensures all documentation is filled out to completion and company’s standards Reinforces all branding standards with the goals and objectives of the company in mind. Be able to work days, nights, on- call, weekends and holidays (We operate 24/7) Qualifications: Previous experience with plumbing in a residential setting – min. 1yr (new builds, service, maintenance) Understanding of water systems, drainage systems and ventilation systems Posses a Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record Be able to provide a criminal background check and a drug test Ability to develop strong relationships quickly Boiler, on- demand and furnace troubleshooting/ repair is considered an asset We Offer: High Earning Potential Bonus Pay Tool Inception Program Tool Replacement Program (after 1 year) Benefits (after 3 months) Overtime Pay Company Phone, iPad and Vehicle Boot Allowance Long Term Employment On- Going Training Opportunities Hands- On Management Approach That Focuses On Employee Development Paid Time Off ng experience is considered an asset.
