Payroll Administrator

Randstad’s well-established client located in South Edmonton is in need of an immediate full-cycle Payroll Administrator for a 3-6 month contract opportunity with the potential of going full-time. Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Manager, the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payrolls for union/non-union, multi provincial payroll for 300+ employees. If you are a PCP-qualified Payroll Admin interested in working for a company that provides autonomy and can start immediately – we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Full cycle payroll – 300+ employees, union and non
Remittances, CRA, and WCB reporting
Garnishments, new hires and terminations
Benefits set up and adjustments
Responding to employee inquiries

Qualifications
3+ years of high volume full cycle payroll
Union Payroll
Proficiency with 3rd party payroll platforms such as : ADP Workforce Now or Ceridian Dayforce
PCP is a strong asset
Post Secondary Diploma
