Glenn’s Driving School requires somebody to handle customer service duties. Training will begin as soon as the successful applicant completes the 3 stage screening process. The person who we hire will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with the public. He or she will need to be good at promoting the driving school to prospective customers. Basic math skills are also needed as the person will need to keep track of the student’s account and not be overcharging or undercharging the student. The person will need to have excellent attention to detail and accuracy and be very organized. He or she will also need to be able to function when things are very busy and also be able to handle working in an environment which can be extremely slow at times. Whoever has this position will also need to be reliable and trustworthy and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The position requires the successful candidate to work from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. In the event of a morning classroom the employee will be asked to start at 9:00
a.m.. The pay will be $15.00 per hour plus a $5.00 per hour performance bonus. The person will also be paid for stat holidays which fall on a day when the person would normally be working and will also be paid 4% vacation pay.
