Job Description:We are a Mississauga (Ontario) based fast-growing business supplying original equipment to the construction and other industries. We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives for Alberta to support our growth. We offer entrepreneurial friendly work environment, attractive compensation and career growth potential. Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth Understand the needs of the company’s customers in order to advise them and establish trust to promote the company’s offering Provide product quotes Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and the retention rate Drive sales growth with new customers by applying a prospecting, qualification, and follow up process to offer the company’s products Work in close relationship with the warehouse team to coordinate inventory Keep abreast of the company’s products and prices, in addition to those of the company’s competitors Provide a periodic reports and updates including maintaining applicable systems and sales pipeline Provide ongoing report on sales development and ongoing activities in the assigned region Qualifications: College degree or equivalent At least 5 years of sales experience in related products with a track record of consistently meeting sales targets Business acumen and results driven approach Good listening and customer service skills Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with potential and existing customers Ability to identify good opportunities and follow up Good knowledge of electrical control and related products Proficiency with technology (e.g., the MS Office suite, inventory management systems, etc.) Experience using a CRM – e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc. Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel inside the sales territory assigned and surrounding area Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary and incentive commission plan depending on qualifications. Extended health benefits after three months including prescription drugs, dental, etc. fully paid by the Company. Vacation of two weeks per year and paid sick leave up to five days per year.
