Reporting to the Director of Production (AB), you will oversee all site operations including warehousing, manufacturing and fulfillment operations and lead the team in achieving safety, quality, plan adherence, on-time delivery, and efficiency targets. What you will be doing:Lead a 24/7 operation and a team of Manager, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Associates across warehousing, manufacturing, and fulfillment operationsBuild a high-performing team and culture with specific focus on safety, GMP, quality, learning and development, team member engagement, and continuous improvementResponsible for target setting and continuously improving employee safety, food safety compliance, quality, pick accuracy, on-time delivery, plan adherence (FIFO), and efficiency Partner with planning, supply chain, and logistics to develop and deliver production plans that focus on product freshness, on-time delivery, and plan reliabilityExecute and deliver the daily production plan; Ensure proper and on-time team, material, facility, and equipment setup; Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and blockers; and Drive clear, structured and concise communication to ensure alignment between teams, shifts, and external stakeholdersMake tomorrow better than today! Drive continuous improvement in the DC by engaging team members and broader HF stakeholders in identifying opportunities, facilitating root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and delivering positive and focused changeDevelop, roll out, and manage standard operating procedures, visual tools, and checklists to ensure we are a process-driven operations; Onboard, train, and continuously develop team members to ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, tasks, process and procedures Create a positive team environment that prioritizes safety, strives for accountability & respect, enables continuous learning and promotes open communication and candid feedback You have:5+ years of Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience, preferably with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related fieldStrong understanding of OHS and Food Safety and its application in a warehouse and production environmentExperience with managing a large scale teams and operations An authentic leader, who’s able to build strong relationships, clearly communicate and motivate, and drive accountability in all levelsAn effective collaborator, who empowers and enables others to share ideas, raises awareness, gets buy-in, and and delivers fast and well-rounded solutions to complex problemsA strong analytical problem solver that identifies and simplifies complex issues and drives rapid, focused, and data-driven solutionsEnergy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
