As a Property Administrative Assistant, you will be responsibilities for:Answering the phonesGreeting visitors/guests at reception, either in person or over the phoneOrganizing mailCreating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant informationOrganizing files and documents related to leasesProvide administrative support including word processing, filing, copying, faxing, maintaining records, and communication for staff/tenants for the Property Management office.
