Job Description:Recruitment & Marketing Specialist CLI College of Business, Health & Technology is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment & Marketing Specialist to join our team. CLI College of Business Health & Technology is built on the principles of providing quality career-focused education courses. For over 20 years, CLI College has been providing industry-leading diploma and certificate programs in the fields of Healthcare and Business. The Recruitment & Marketing Specialist is responsible for recruiting students and leading and executing marketing strategies. You will collaborate with our established head campus marketing department to drive revenue by increasing student enrollment in a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities: Part 1: Marketing Establish and maintain strong friendly client relationships. Warmly welcome clients’ visits or calls, communicate, and consult professionally. Provide timely feedback, maintain accurate client files and channels. Develop and implement web advertising strategies to generate leads, and brand awareness to potential students through lead generation platforms. Maintain a positive presence within several social media platforms. Drive the creation and development of Brand Strategy Positioning and all integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive leads across all media mixes. Continuously develop and execute strategies for obtaining leads. Maintain the department budget and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective. Collaborate, develop and manage marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, press releases, mailings, presentations, educational seminars, sponsorship opportunities, and associated activities. Utilize social media, company website, email marketing, digital marketing, and other communications to attract students. Prepare marketing activity reports and deliver research, and sales results (such as identification/assessment of trends, ROI, and market data, etc.) to support sales efforts for a continuous inflow of students. Plan, execute, and attend job fairs, career fairs, open houses, education tradeshows and other related events and initiatives to attract the continuous influx of students to meet set targets. Part 2: Sales & Placement Duties Drive, promote and manage student enrollment and engagement. Promote activities in the market and accomplish predetermined sales targets. Close sales, follow-up and enroll students on a timely basis. Develop a comprehensive and accurate understanding of student academic progress. Establish relationships, close sales, and enroll students in compliance with Alberta Education while providing exceptional customer service. Comply and follow regulations as outlined by Alberta Student Aid. Administrate college placement programs, and the provision of counseling and information services, such as career information, professional development sessions, and information exchanges with employers. Build up networks and collaborate with employers to place students in practicums and connect our graduates with them. Assist students in creating a suitable career path in alignment with student goals. Other duties assigned by the Campus Manager. Requirements: Post-Secondary Diploma in business, marketing, and/or public relations, or bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years work experience in marketing. Minimum 2 years proven sales experience working with lead conversion and recruitment. Experience with online marketing, social media, media planning, PR, design, and specific experience delivering marketing programs, promotions, and direct marketing campaigns. Experience in business to consumer marketing and/or services marketing. Knowledge of the PVT ACT (mandatory). Strong analytical orientation and experience in using data to drive customer acquisition, retention, frequency, etc. Experience with Google Ad Words and Google Analytics. Experience with marketing automation software and content marketing initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, on-time deliverable environment.
