Manscapers Landscaping Looking for Maintenance and Crew Leads!

It’s spring time and Manscapers Landscaping is in need of a couple very well versed lawn care specialists and Landscape Lead hand.

For the maintenance side we have a few condo complexes along with a few higher end residential properties that require great care.
The individuals applying will need to have knowledge and proficient use of the following:
– Appropriate type and timing of fertilizer use on lawns.
– How and when to prune shrub/perennials.
– Walk behind gas powered lawn mowers/ weed whackers/ back pack blowers and the care that goes along with them.
– Driving of truck with either a trailer or water tank in the rear.
– Patience to handle the repetitive nature of lawn care. Especially when it comes to picking weeds from all beds and grass areas.
We’re looking for keen, hands-on individuals who are well-versed in lawn care and landscaping. The ideal candidates will be the type of people who thrive in physical outdoor work, and love being involved with the care of nature.

For the Landscape Construction Crew Lead:

Manscapers Landscaping is looking for an individual with extensive landscaping knowledge. We are in search of someone to run a landscaping crew of 3-4 people in a variety of different activities.
The daily role that this individual should be comfortable with are as follows:
– Ensuring all tools for the day are on site or in the truck
– Ability to drive a truck/trailer combination with confidence within the city.
– Experience with a skid steer and other small landscaping tools.
– Be able to read a landscaping plan, then organize to have all supplies picked up or dropped off at site.
– Knowledge of how to properly install all plant material as well as how to secure them t t-posts.
– General knowledge and comfort of landscaping from final grade to completion of the job.
– Any and all knowledge of Interlocking block or retaining walls is an additional asset.
– The individual need to be organized and able to keep track of the progress on every job.
