Looking for an Office Administrator

Looking for an Office Administrator for a stable and growing company in South Edmonton. We are looking to fill this position immediately. We are currently seeking a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our store.

The qualified applicant will:

-Be available for weekends
-Be proficient in Excel, MS Word
-Have strong administrative, organizational and computer skills
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Have the ability to operate a multi-line phone system
-Be professional with a positive personality
-Prefer applicants with an Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeping background

Duties:

– Greets and directs callers by answering telephone calls from customers; determining nature of business and directing callers to appropriate destination.
– Welcomes visitors and employees to the store by greeting them; answering and referring questions.
-Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with established policies and procedures.
-Orders and maintains office
-Matching receiving documents to invoices, mail and file paid invoices.
-High level of motivation, reliability, and commitment
