Experience, Training, and Education:
2-year minimum culinary experience High School Diploma or equivalent


1.Meets and exceeds customer and team member expectations by providing superior service and teamwork Provides value and added service to the customer by doing whatever reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations
2.Handles difficult situations effectively
3.Meets restaurant service standards
4.Performs other duties as required to provide superior service and teamwork
5.Prepares and properly garnishes all menu items, such as Steaks, salads, sandwiches and other food orders as they are received in accordance with established menu specifications
6.Maintains cleanliness and stocking of coolers and storage areas
7.Prepares food for necessary approvals according to policy
8.Takes proper care of ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles and other equipment and utensils
9.Follows Restaurant grooming and dress standards
10.Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems and unusual matters of significance
11.Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position

Knowledge and Abilities Required:

Hardworking, Energetic and flexible, able to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, creative, capable of working in a team environment
