I’m a contractor, and I have ongoing work doing various maintenance/repairs/handyman/renovation jobs (for example: baseboards, flooring, painting, tiles, plumbing, bathrooms, furniture assembly, curtain rod/blinds installs, wall repair, eavestrough/fascia repair, light fixture installs, etc). I need a helper with renovation experience who doesn’t mind driving us for 3-4 weeks until I find the right vehicle, at which point I can keep getting you work, but you wouldn’t need to drive me anymore. I recently moved and had to sell my cargo van because it doesn’t fit in the parking garage at my condo downtown. We’d load up tools in the morning, go to jobs and quotes, then you’d drive me back each day.
TEXT ME if you want work/have your own tools, and if you have your own truck or van with the ability to transport tools/materials and an extension ladder, if necessary. Let me know your experience, what you drive, what your availability is, do you have tools, etc.
Pay is $25/hr
(If you’re a journeyman carpenter, I will pay you more.)
We’ll split gas costs.
There will be opportunities to transition to doing jobs on your own and increasing your pay if you do good work and you’re reliable.
Hours are 9-5ish
