Job Description: General Admin & Customer Service Assistant (Part Time)

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist customers inside and outside our center with our products & services
• Update databases
• Leave handover notes and maintain logs
• Use smartphones and computer to manage equipment rentals
• Position rental equipment properly
• Clean and inspect equipment as required
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding our products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
• Any other administrative or customer service tasks assigned as at when required
Minimum Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Initial Working Hours for Part time:
8Hrs Per Week (mainly Fridays and Saturdays. If more hours needed, this can be discussed)
Wages:
$15 Per Hour
