Our COO is looking for an outstanding problem solver who can keep him organized! The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to prioritize efficiently and be a team player. Flexibility is required as this position consists of a wide range of duties. Being adaptable to the requirements of the day and being able to think outside the box is a must. This individual must also be very professional, tech savvy, a forward thinker and have a passion for administration.
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent qualification is preferred Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars, copy machines …), operational knowledge of coffee maker Good humoured, comfortable with frequent and casual foul language Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle is required due to our location in Nisku Salary is based on experience and hours of work are 8:00AM – 4:30PM Monday to Friday.
