To deliver on our products and solutions commitment to our national customers, we need a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations in our new production facility in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. You will be responsible for the overall plant production and day-to-day operations, manage budgets, CAPEX, and reports, lead continuous improvements and lean initiatives, promote employee engagement, improve retention, and have transparent communication with the team on goals and objectives. If you are results-driven, have extensive experience in plant manufacturing systems, consider yourself a team player that can enable and build peoples capabilities, and have a strong track of leading continuous improvement and lean initiatives, this role is for you!
