The Customer Care Administrative Clerk must be a dynamic, high-energy individual with proven organization and time management skills. They will exhibit exceptional communication skills and shall ensure that interactions with the sales & marketing team are tactfully addressed. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with constantly evolving priorities. While providing some support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general sales administrative activities. Admin Support support the Sales & Marketing department with various activities. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.Prepares project presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials for Sales Reports and Salesforce. Monitor Inventory, Compiling data, Weekly Sales Report(s) distributionPlan meetings and take detailed minutesWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, forms and newslettersAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsManage Rep Allocations i.e. POS materials, SWAG etc.Coordination of travel arrangements (accommodation, flights, vehicles, etc.) as requestedPrepares agendas, attends meetings, schedules and takes minutes at internal and external meetings as requestedManages and performs office responsibilities including ordering supplies, couriers, and occasional receptionAssists with internal and external communications, organizes and coordinates special events and projects, like a weekly trade newsletterMay support related projects and conduct research as requiredPerforming such other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as the Company or its directors, officers, managers or other supervisors may request from time to time.QualificationsPost Secondary Education in Administration or relatedStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products and Adobe Creative suiteExperience in domestic and international travel coordinationAbility to handle detail of a highly confidential and critical nature *Applicants may be tested We would like to thank all applicants for their interest but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
