Cook/chef manager


Looking for some who has a passion for it and experience with a food truck to run a truck in a permanent location. We will be starting in the next month or so, but there is some prep to finish in the truck. This is a large full fitted out food truck and certified by AHS. Must have experience and an open mind. Large part will be cooking and running a few staff and then some scheduling. Send resumes including your vision of how you would manage this. Potential for year round employment. Location would be central/south east aide if the city potentially. With a couple of catered company events and possibility for growth as things open up to larger out door events.
